High Country Heaven!

I am always thankful to be so blessed to spend time in the North Carolina Mountains! Beech is as close to heaven as you will get in Eastern America, literally!  Beech Mountain is the favorite "High Country" town we enjoy all year long! Love this view of the slopes, watching everyone ski and sitting by the fire is a perfect winter pastime!

Our first stop is always Fred's General Store celebrating their 32nd anniversary on Wednesday!

 Fred's is the one stop shop for anything you could possibly need!  They have a sign that says 'If we don't have it, you don't need it"!
