Valentine's Dinner; Carolina Style!

If you are celebrating on the Carolina Coast tonight.  I recommend going to Beaufort to Front Street Grill at Stillwater.  A favorite spot all year long!  Front Street Grill at Stillwater has reopened after doing a spruce up inside and out in January. Their Rhum Bar is a real treat!  

Tonight they have their Regular Menu and a special Prix Fixe Dinner. Valentines dinner is three courses. Mixed Baby Greens, 10oz Heirloom Pork Chop & Sugar Cane Shrimp with coconut ginger sauce - jasmine rice & pineapple chutney, Dark Chocolate Torte with raspberry coulis.

 

 If you are cooking dinner at home for your special someone tonight I have just the right menu to knock socks off!!  The Biltmore is representing the western part of the state in today's NC V-Day dinner post!
